As we finish out the summer and head towards fall, let’s make sure our bodies are well-equipped to handle that transition. It’s often time during these cooler months that our bodies fall below the wellness line. Here are a few healthy habits you can adopt to help boost your immune system naturally.

  2. Get outside and enjoy some fresh air and sun.
  3. Get adequate amounts of sleep.
  4. Limit processed sugars.
  5. Increase water intake.

Meet Kristi Bowlby

 
My journey started with a personal passion for natural health for my family over 10 years ago. Cooking family friendly, traditional foods that my kids would actually eat and constant learning about natural health solutions brings me joy.  This passion evolved into a desire to inspire and teach others how to feel empowered to take charge of their own wellness with simple steps to improve their health. 

The Steps: minimize toxins, incorporate clean beauty products and clean eating, apply essential oils to support body systems, and live each day by design with simple intentional steps.  My intention is to meet you wherever you are along this path and hold your hand to take the next step. 

I'd love to work alongside you, to assist in your journey along a more natural, healthy lifestyle.  I teach Pilates, focusing on postural movements and core stabilization, and I offer consults regarding cooking with traditional "real" foods and natural lifestyle hacks for you and your family.
