One of the biggest places toxins are lurking in our home is in our cleaning products! Not only can the chemicals and fragrance cause disruption of our endocrine system, but the toxins that then sit on our counter are scooped up and digested when we touch the surface or pick up an apple slice that landed on the counter. Finding a plant based, effective cleaner was top on my list when taking toxins out of my home. Initially I made my own tile and counter cleaner with a few essential oils, vinegar and water, but when I discovered this cleaner, life became SO much easier!
You might be thinking...what's the big deal? Here is a bit of science that shows that we can clean just about anything with this amazing blend. "A well-documented diffuser based study of Thieves showed impressive evidence of its antibacterial properties when Thieves was diffused against three different types of airborne bacteria – Micrococcus luteus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus. After 10 minutes of diffusing Thieves oil, there was a significant reduction of all three types of bacteria (82%, 96% and 44% respectively)."
Thieves essential oil and therefore all products containing Thieves including the All Purpose Cleaner, Laundry Soap, Hand Soap, Dental Care line and dish soap include Cinnamon, Clove, Eucalyptus, Lemon + Rosemary.
The product that changed the game, our all-time favorite, Thieves Household Cleaner! A couple reasons why I love it.... it simplifies my cabinets and I only have to buy 1 product!
This one product can be used for:
- Countertops
- Granite
- Stainless steel

Here are some general ratios:
