My journey started with a personal passion for natural health for my family over 10 years ago. Cooking family friendly, traditional foods that my kids would actually eat and constant learning about natural health solutions brings me joy. This passion evolved into a desire to inspire and teach others how to feel empowered to take charge of their own wellness with simple steps to improve their health.
The Steps: minimize toxins, incorporate clean beauty products and clean eating, apply essential oils to support body systems, and live each day by design with simple intentional steps. My intention is to meet you wherever you are along this path and hold your hand to take the next step.
